Water pollution is a major global problem which directly influences our life. There are different causes which pollutes the water. One of the biggest causes is rapidly growing factories which produce harmful compound that are directly added into the water then water gets polluted.

Government has been taking serious action against factories. This action may come to the effect and reduces the water pollution rates. Somewhere and somehow we are also responsible for such kind of pollution. We are not thinking for a while that what we are doing for reducing this water pollution.

There are many sources of Water pollution. The most important from all them is city garbage. The facilities are not provided properly to treat waste water in any city in India. As per statistics only aprox.10% of the unused water is treated; the rest of waste water is dissolved into water bodies. That is the reason why pollutants enter water bodies, groundwater and rivers.

Domestic garbage refers to waste water that is discarded from households. It’s also referred to as sanitary garbage which directly or indirectly enters into water bodies.
